[REGRESSION] bzr 1.17 does not use _knit_load_data compiled extension

I was refering to:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr-rewrite/+bug/403789
which I see is actually a bug with bzr-rewrite bundled with the windows
installer.

In any case don't worry about it too much. I just thought its worth a
mention for in case someone does a point release.
