You probably missed the bug report conversation, so I'll summarize:

1) Martin requested:
   Disabling the second run of the test suite with LANG=C

   trivial change to makefile, Robert felt it caught a sufficient number
   of bugs to not be worth the tradeoff.

   probably a good idea, but only after we have a reasonable build-bot
   farm testing across different platform settings.

   Vila started working on a buildbot farm, and AFAIK we have one
   semi-operational now.

2) Vila requested:
   Running with parallel mode

   requires subunit, and a machine that actually has more than one
   processor, requiring sysadmins to do something.
   More than just changing our Makefile.

   I don't believe there was any follow up on this (such as asking an
   admin for better hardware.)
