Hi all,

In order to wield better control over output and to use bzrlib a more
correct way, bzr-pipeline now requires bzrlib 1.17 or better.  If you've
been following development, this means that the 'quiet' and 'virtuous2'
branches have been merged (at revno 99), and bug #386831 is now closed.
