Unicode error on Windows

Hi!

I wrote a patch that uses WriteConsoleW() API for writing console and
do nothing if stdout is redirected to file.

Although this patch works good on ls and diff with/without redirecting,
it is far from complete because I don't know what module should handle
such a thing.
