[ANNOUNCE] bzr-gtk 0.96.2 third time's the charm

Thanks to Mark Lee, we should now have a proper tarball.

Did I said that already ? Right, but this time I mean it, he even
tested a preview version.

This release can be downloaded from:

The .tar.gz has been signed with my GPG key (DEF6218F). The
signature can be downloaded from

verify the tarball, run:

$ gpg --verify bzr-gtk-0.96.2.tar.gz.asc
