Bazaar PPA and GPG keys

Aptitude insists on telling me:

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net jaunty Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY D702BF6B8C6C1EFD

Is there any known way of getting rid of this message?

(I tried installing the key to the keyring of root but that didn't
work. :-(
