Trivial issue in the bzr script

I did put "trivial" in the title :-)  Wouter had a look at saw that that
section of code hasn't been touched in a very long time.  So not only
trivial, not entirely relevant either.  Just a bit of nit-picking
tidying up.

I had thought Bazaar stated that it required 2,4 or later to run, which
would bring into question whether protecting again execution on 1.5.2,
2.2, 2.3, etc. is an issue.

Jonathan explained what we should do, but I'm afraid to get things done
with the others didn't go into why, and I needed the why in order to
translate the setup from the organization he and the other had to the
one I have.

I'll put brain in gear next week and try and get this sorted -- it
actually involves more extensive changes for me than just adding things
to the file due to local issues and rearrangements.
