Bazaar Explorer Welcome Pages

The Welcome Page feature is a useful addition to Bazaar Explorer but I think the way it works needs improvement.

If you add a new bookmark or use Edit Bookmarks, delete a bookmark and Refresh Bookmarks then open Welcome pages are not updated. These changes are only shown if you open a new Welcome page, which feels awkward.

I don't think the ability to open multiple Welcome pages makes sense. It would be better if only one Welcome page can be open. Adding or refreshing bookmarks should then update that Welcome page. The Help > Welcome Page menu item would make the Welcome page active and only open a new one if it has been closed. Maybe it shouldn't be possible to close the Welcome page at all
