Well, if it was merged, it wouldn't have a name at all, it would just
be some commands within bzr.  Maybe they should be called
rewrite-history, it perhaps is a more obvious name in some regards.

However, if we want to make faster progress on this I think we should
avoid unnecessarily entangling renaming commands with merging what
already exists with making a 2.0 release.  If the names or the code
quality are such that merging them would be worse than the problem it
solves, let's have a bug documenting what needs to be done.
