svn-branching-schemes or svn-layout: which one is correct?

Is the documentation provided by bzr help svn-branching-schemes still
actual (bzr 1.16 and bzr-svn 0.6.x)?

If so, how does it differ from bzr help svn-layout?

The main problem with these two pieces of documentation is that they
contradict themselves:

bzr help svn-branching-schemes states

Another option is simply having just one branch at the root of the
repository. This scheme is called "none" by Bazaar.

while bzr help svn-layout says

Another option is simply having just one branch at the root of the
repository. This scheme is called "root" by Bazaar.

Which one is correct? Does svn-branching-schemes refer to older
mechanisms no longer employed by bzr-svn?
