Generic selftest questions

Ok.  I did it.  I uninstalled python-pycurl (and python-pycurl-dbg) and
tried bzr selftest test_http.  With python 2.5.4, all good.  With python
2.6.2, it stalls in the usual places -- first stall is at
test_http.TestActivity.test_get(urllib,https,HTTP/1.0).
