Bazaar Explorer 0.3.1 is available

BzrExplorer is already awesome!  It builds on the best bits of current and
previous work.

The emerging "wearing hats" concept is an especially interesting
development.

I have been using it every day since the original announcement and have
found it to be very stable and useful already.

Anyone who has been waiting for a bzr GUI should try BzrExplorer.

P.S. Sorry to sound like a cheerleader, but this is a giant step for
usability.
