Availability of old releases?

Ah.  I wasn't quite sure what to make of 'final' since previous releases
were just naked numbers.  I looked for a '1.15final' tag in bzr.dev (to see
if there was a corresponding commit message) but found no tag  Thanks for
clearing that up.
