Yep.

It's not entirely the same environment.  The extra i/o of test suites
running in parallel can add extra entropy to the entropy pool.  This
wouldn't be the first time I've seen an issue like this.  Although, I
must say that a number of systems have the Intel Firmware Hub chip
that's equipped with a thermal noise random number generator... I
don't know why more OSes don't make use of it. *shrug*

It's just a thought, since this appears to be hanging on ssl related
stuff which pulls from the entropy pool.
