If you just do the tweaks requested by reviewers you can simply submit
the updated branch, rather than redoing the review.

Regarding virtualenv - it does look like it would be good to try to
make testing of the release more isolated.  Maybe someone can try it
during a future release and report whether it's worthwhile or make it
part of the process.
