[MERGE][238764] refer to projects rather than products in launchpad plugin

This fixes bug 238764 by changing the UI of the launchpad plugin to 
refer to "projects" rather than "products" since that is the terminology 
used by Launchpad.  It doesn't change the internal API from using 
product_name and such since it wasn't obvious if this is required for 
consistency in its interactions with Launchpad.
