[RFC] Faster load of full inventory for development6-rich-root?

Testaments are meant to be a minimal-set-of-metadata to allow validating
a tree. So they don't contain things like last-modification date. They
require the full path of entries, and a fixed ordering.

We do need to revisit them I think, but I don't have anything up my
sleeve to make that quick or easy :(.
