Permission denied (publickey).

I created a new vmware image of hardy, I copied my pgp keys from backup 
source, did a
'bzr launchpad-login tanner'  but I'm getting this problem:

$ bzr branch lp:bzr/1.15 bzr.1.15
Permission denied (publickey).
bzr: ERROR: Connection closed: please check connectivity and 
permissions (and try -Dhpss if further diagnosis is required)

My "OpenPGP keys" match ( 0DDBE378), do  I need to add my ssh from this 
new vmware image to my "SSH Keys" ?
