Launchapd and Bazaar branches

I think if you push up another revision to the branch it might sort itself out.

Yeah, that's an error message that Bazaar semi-frequently produces on branches.

Once we get Bazaar 1.15 running on Launchpad (in a couple of weeks),
this particular Bazaar error will become easier for us to debug, Until
then, I'm not really sure what's going on.
