openid for bazaar-vcs.org?

Yay! bazaar-vcs.org seems to work with LP login.

But there is some bug somewhere: in my settings I see timezone settings 
for me as -23:30, but in fact I'm in +2 timezone.

Where I should file a bug reports about bazaar-vcs.org?
