launchpad milestones only for releases not rcs?

Sorry to dumb up an old thread.....

I'm starting the 1.15rc1 release process and part of my (unpublished) 
release docs state to create the next  Milestone after release.

I've read the thread a couple times and I don't see a definiative answer.

Just keeping 1.15 and not doing rc milestones so all bugs get targetted 
to 1.15?

Keep doing rc milestones?
