[MERGE](trivial) Update a test for CHK

The attached patch just re-enables a test for CHK formats.

The code just asserts that after doing 'pack()' the revision texts are
in reverse-topological order. This still holds true in CHK repositories,
but to tell, you have to look a bit closer. (Both texts will be in the
same group, so you have to look at the location inside the group.)

This is pretty trivial, but I figured it was easy enough to do.
