Why Bazaar is not used in many project hosting sites?

Sorry Toshio, I was half asleep when I wrote that, I use mod_fcgi
for bzr+https:// access not for loggerhead. For loggerhead I'm
using mod_proxy which works great for me.

I don't know about mod_fastcgi, but mod_fcgi is GPL AFAICT:
