I agree with Alexander on this point: leftover temp files are the smaller
evil for me too.
But I want to repeat that the behavior I see is in not caused by any
anti-virus software. I turned it off to test.
I am sure anti-virus software can cause this kind of behavior, but anything
which delays the release can cause it.
As someone already said, Windows is not POSIX.
