bzr-svn: warn_slow_revprops is triggered -- but against svn 1.6.1

I've never released anything on Launchpad, it's always picked it up by
itself (since it knows about the URL patterns of bzr-svn releases). I'm
not sure why it hasn't picked it up this time.
