This could be a good way to filter, as it would also pick up
non-bzr-itself branches where ~bzr is the owner, or asked
to review I think.
However, if you are asked directly to review then it will probably
have something else there.
Bugmail has the same header, and at the last UDS Martin Pitt
gave a nice talk on his bugmail filtering setup, which allows
him to automatically prioritise incoming email based on these
headers and the way he interacts with the bug tracker. For instance,
if you subscribe him to a bug and ask him a question then he
usually responds very quickly, as it is fitered to a high priority
folder.
This isn't so much of an issue at the scale at which bzr operates, but
it might give some people here some ideas.
