Yes, I think we should do it.  Ubuntu Jaunty has 1.13 and the
networking bug <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/354036> is
present there, which I think we should fix.

There is a report today that the bug is not totally fixed so we should
fix that urgently.
