No it's a small repo, but it is commercially sensitive so I can't
disclose it. I'll try and fabricate a repo with less sensitive
content that causes this and make it available.

bzr check succeeds on the source before the upgrade, then fails on the
upgrade result. I'm sorry if that was unclear.
