Better name for dpush wanted

At the moment the help is generated by optparse (iirc); doing this
requires either doing it ourselves or teaching optparse to do it.
There are some other bugs there to do with textwrap in the output, so
doing it ourselves might be good.

(Depending on patched versions of other libraries is annoying even
when it's worthy.)
