Will re-basing support be added into Bazaar core ?

How so? With a loom, as I understand it, revisions stay as they are once
committed; updating threads creates *new* revisions, and doesn't alter
the relationship of existing revisions. That avoids the problems of
rebase with can't-share and can't-know-what's-been-tested.
