On reflection I am nit sure it is that simple.

I have logins on GoogleCode and Tigris.  I have write access to a
project on Tigris.  I do not have write access to any projects on
GoogleCode.

If I access any repository on Tigris then there are no problems.  But I
think the HTTPS access tokens are being used for both HTTPS and HTTP
access, but it isn't needed for HTTP and so there is no conflict in
using inappropriate tokens.

If I access any repository on GoogleCode I am required to give a
username/password even though this is not required for HTTP access.
