Hookless Email

Hi Russel,

I had some different ideas on how things should be done and I think the 2
projects have similar but different goals. I originally did it as a branch of
the original hookless email project and asked if there was interest in merging
these changes back into that project. I did not receive any feedback on that.
We needed a tool with more flexibility than what hookless email provided and
this project also seemed to have been stagnant for a while.

Specifically, we wanted support for configuring email messages though templates,
support for HTML messages, links to loggerhead server for modified and added
files, notifications for newly created branches, ability to mirror remote
branches and monitor them, and ability to update the working tree for
monitored branches.

Anyway, if you try it out I would appreciate any feedback or bug reports.

Cheers,

Nick
