bzr diff behaviour

Update: I learned, after sending my previous answer, that --using of 
difftools plugin has different behavior than --using of standard bzr.
I no longer use a .cmd file!
Now, it appears that when diff-ing a whole dir, bzr provides temp files 
for both sides while difftools provide the real current file.
Maybe you can try difftools, it might solve your problem.
