This probably isn't the correct thread to bring this up, but given a
Windows environment from where a release branch can be built, I don't
see the problem in turning an almost identical crank to build a bzr.dev
installer at the same time? Clearly it will not go through the same QA
and 'environment' related issues may occasionally slip in, but that
should be fine as no promises are being made (ie, it probably is
perfectly fine if occasionally these builds don't work at all)
