[MERGE] Allow hooks to add new entries to version-info.

This patch allows plugins to add new entries to the RIO stanza printed
by "bzr version-info". This is e.g. useful for bzr-svn and bzr-git so
they can include the svn revno / uuid or git commit id, for bzr-builddeb
so it could add the Debian version of the current branch or for looms so
they can add the current thread.
