difftools, ‘bzr diff --using footool’, and ‘diffuse’

No, I wasn't aware of that. When did it appear in Bazaar? (Until last
month, I was using Bazaar 1.5 for a long time.)

It was the only one I knew.
I've now disabled the ‘bzr_difftools’ plug-in, and the built-in ‘bzr
diff --using’ works fine with Diffuse. That's the only feature I used
From the plug-in, so I'm now content to leave it disabled.
