When I saw a link to where brisbane core was living I branched it and
tried to build it without success. Access to the branch wasn't the
problem - dealing with dependencies on windows in several technologies
I'm unfamiliar with was. Perhaps I could have requested that someone
build a windows installer but given the delays in Windows installers
for actual release versions I wasn't inspired to ask.
At the moment the only means of early access for me seems to be if
brisbane-core becomes a dev-format in a release (and that the Windows
installer gets built).
