Mark, regarding eol check: the main and biggest difference between svn and bzr
is that svn has file properties, but bzr has not.
Last year my naive attempt to introduce versioned properties has failed.
And now I don't think they ever will be implemented. I've said all
I want to say in the past.

I understand your position, but I'm not 100% agree with you.
I believe there are important reasons to have eol != native.

Can we stop here, please?
