I believe the issue is that generating the 'revno' for a bzr-svn branch
requires walking the whole ancestry to determine what revisions
are/are-not in the given branch. (Basically, count-from-scratch.)
So instead, he does the fetch, and then uses the bzr branch to set the
revno as part of 'set_last_revision_info'.
At least, that is what he's mentioned working on in the past.
