Outdated FSF address in copyright header (was: [MERGE] dpush / foreign vcs testing)

The address of the FSF has not been at Temple Place for a number of
years now. Is there a boilerplate for new code that needs to be
updated with the new address? Perhaps also a one-time update of all
the existing headers.

The above “write to the FSF” should instead read:

wrapped in whatever comment markup is appropriate to the file, of
