[PATCH] use KB instead of kB for traffic counters

The JEDEC explicitly notes that the prefixes they mention are
“included only to reflect common usage”, and “This practice
frequently leads to confusion and is deprecated”.

I don't see why those prefixes should be followed rather than the
international standard for unit measurements.
