The pyrex files look fine, as expected, you are missing
_walkdirs_win32.c in the .tar.gz (and probably the .zip) because it only
gets built on Windows. It doesn't effect the windows distributions
anyway, because they get built separately. Only people who are building
from source, and don't have pyrex, but the chances for all of that on
Windows are small, and fixing it requires a lot more effort in the setup
code. (we need to call pyrexc, but *not* gcc.)

Anyway, that part looks good, but we are missing the regression fix for
'bzr merge --force'.
