No, the mea culpa is on my side.  I meant to make an announcement about
it, but I was working on a draft new version of the front page at the
same time (which depended on these wiki theme changes).  Then I didn't
like my draft, and worked on it some more, and then something else came
up, and...

...in the meantime, I never made the announcement.  My apologies!
