[PATCH] use KB instead of kB for traffic counters

For a random data point, mtn doesn't show rates, but it does count
bytes in/out:

% mtn pull
[...]
mtn: bytes in | bytes out | certs in | revs in
mtn:    1.2 k |     1.4 k |      0/0 |     0/0


Another thing I like about that is that while the info updates during
the process, it STAYS afterward.  It would be a lot less interesting
if the Great Mystery of Data Transferred were hidden away from me as
soon as the process completed.
