Usage of bzr-hg plug-in

I know, but the important part is "hg://", i.e. showing the syntax
to use.  Basically, explain under which circumstances (i.e. which
commands, which repository URL, which working revision configuration)
the plugin is activated.

Sorry, I meant "git", of course.
