Usage of bzr-hg plug-in

It doesn't say *how* to pull from an Hg repository.  Maybe you tink it's
unnecessary since it's "obvious", but as a user I would have appreciated
a little blurb that says

  just do "bzr clone hg://blabla"

same for bzr-git, obviously (which may also mention that it only works
for the "bzr" protocol, and/or explain what syntax to use for other
protocols like ssh/sftp/http/...).

The absence of any documentation on how to use it made me think that it
was simply not ready for end-users.
