[MERGE] Add Revision.iter_bugs() method for getting bugs fixed by a revision.

Hello,

This is a simple-ish patch that parses the bugs for a revision
property. It doesn't map back to bug fixed -- it yields the URL and
the status. This is a relatively straightforward extraction of some
code we have in Launchpad that does the same thing.

I'm happy to change names, go from iter -> list or whatever best fits
the community's collective taste.
