[MERGE] Move the 'add_lines_nostoresha' to being tested against all VF implementations.

Just copying one of the "VersionedFile" tests to make it a
"VersionedFiles" test. All current formats pass this test, but it turns
out that the GroupCompressVersionedFiles implementation did not.
