Hi all,
This patch enables bzr send to accept an optional message body, and
updates all the clients I could test (plus MAPI, because it looked dead
simple) to support message bodies.

Patches for other clients (kmail, claws emacsclient) are most welcome.

Message body support enables us to support Launchpad's review process
better, and presumably the processes of other projects, too. The
launchpad review process has a specific template that should be
followed, plus additional text (lint output) that should be included.
Supplying these as part of the default body will make reviews more
consistent

When body support has landed, I plan to also add a hook that can supply
a body.
