[MERGE][bug 338061] Add default-rich-root format alias

The attached patch adds an alias format named "default-rich-root". This
should be useful:

 * for users intending to upgrade their rich root repos
 * in the documentation (since we wouldn't have to mention a specific
format)
 * in bzr-git and bzr-svn, which currently have a hardcoded default
format they use, independent of bzr itself.
